I have received the delivery of the fridge I ordered on Friday. I would like to express how happy I am with your company's level of service, not to mention price. To top it all off, it was delivered by David and PJ, who were so helpful, despite having to navigate a rather challenging course which included a couple of stair cases to deliver, and then again, to remove the old fridge, which was taken away along with all the packagings from the new fridge. Really couldn't expect any more
Purchasing from Appliances Online saved us $400 compared to the prices we were being quoted by two of the large Australian retailers. Not paying for delivery was the icing on the cake. The transaction was smooth and seamless and it was great to be able to choose the delivery date that suited our schedule. We also chose the installation option which definitely saved time and double handling - upon delivery, the old cooktop was removed, the new cooktop installed and the old one taken away for disposal. Hi, I wanted to write to thank you for the speedy service I received yesterday. I placed my order at 11am Monday, and called to check on the expected delivery time for the Wednesday. It was expected to be in the middle of the day which didn't suit as I had to be at work. Instead of waiting until my next day off (Mon), your helpful staff member arranged for my washing machine to be delivered that afternoon and within 4 hrs from placing my order I was using my newly installed washing machine!
