We had not appreciated how easily this portable wireless bluetooth system could transform the music in our house. We can now have music in the dining room, during dinner parties, and my wife loves being able to take the speaker into the bathroom and bedroom, while she showers, dresses and applies make-up.

Christmas present, a great one too. Glad to receive it.

I bought this to be able to play my Walkman in the garden, at meetings and anywhere where there is no sound system and I want to share sound. Pluses: it looks great, and is small and easy to transport. It won't power a disco but provides great sound to be the background soundtrack when outdoors. It is powerful enough to give a good volume in meetings as well. The sound quality is surprisingly rich for its size and the bass boost adds a good punch. It is pretty simple to set up and use and once charged lasts several hours. I plug it in if I am indoors and love that I don't have to bother with batteries and cables outdoors. I haven't paired it but that is a really useful function. Negatives: not much but I have docked a star because if you are playing via a line in rather than Bluetooth, there is no way to turn Bluetooth off so that it gives a stuttering playback for a few minutes until the Bluetooth turns off automatically. If the speaker is plugged in to the mains, it would be nice if it charged your Walkman while it plays via line in Overall, it performs better than expected and I love it.
