WOW what a great service, we needed a new washer and my husband told me to go find one. Thought I would jump online and see what was around first. I found your site by googling and thought it too good to be true at first. Browsed the items, choose, ordered on a Sunday and it was Delivered installed and old machine taken away all for FREE by Wed. Absolutely fantastic, will recommend to all my friends. Hi Guys, what an exceptional service you provide. Ordered a Bosch front loader on Friday night and could have had delivery the following Monday but work commitments did not allow for this, so arranged a day off without hassles from my employer and it was delivered, installed and old machine removed 3 days later, delivery guy was excellent & courteous in every way. I did my homework & shopped around, found out which machine was value for money and you had exactly what I had found in another store and I save almost a $100 off their best price plus I would have had to pay for delivery and had to get rid of my old machine myself. Went above and beyond
I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher there to meet the plumber! I would never go elsewhere again, and the next time I need white goods, I will click, pay and smile again on your site. I've heard big brown box is just as good!! 10/10, 5 stars, Top of the Class!!!
