Smeg's Smart Cooking feature offers a staggering 150 automatic recipes with preset parameters. Once you have chosen your dish from the menu, select the weight and the oven will automatically calculate the optimum cooking parameters for you, ensuring outstanding results without the guess work.

Multipoint Meat Probe
The meat probe helps make it easy to cook your meat with absolute precision. Just pierce the meat with the probe and it will detect conditions within the meat to tailor the cooking duration and temperature. With three gauges on the probe, an even reading is always recorded, so your meat stays moist and ideally cooked.

Integrated water loading system
Quick and intuitive, the water loading system is designed to enhance the aesthetics of the oven, thanks to an integrated 800 ml tank that does not alter the external design of the oven. The use of innovative technologies guarantees up to six hours of steam cooking with a single water fill at the start of cooking preparation.
