Good Morning, Thank you for this product question general rule in regards to rangehoods ducting is not included there are the optional extra ducting kits attached to this item on our website to add to your order, you could top recirculate this model extra carbon filters would be available from Smeg Australia as most would exhaust this type of rangehood externally. Best to chat with your installer for options available to try to exhaust your rangehood outside then all the extra heat, smoke, and smells are able to go outside rather than pushing this back into your home. Ducting kits are a one-time purchase whereas carbon filters need to be replaced every 6 months and a going cost to you. Good Evening, Thank you for this product question, This would depend on what your kitchen designer has allowed for in regards to the overhead cupboard and what will suit your design, I prefer to cover the cooktop surface so either an 80 or 90cm rangehood will work well.
