Designed for convenience and performance, the cooktop features Auto-Vent 2.0 technology, connecting seamlessly via Bluetooth to compatible Smeg rangehoods. This smart function automatically adjusts ventilation power to match your cooking intensity, maintaining a fresh and comfortable kitchen environment without requiring manual control.
Energy efficiency is at the forefront with the Eco-logic Advance function, which allows you to tailor power consumption to suit your household limits. By reducing the maximum draw from 11.1 kW to as low as 1.4 kW, it delivers outstanding flexibility without compromising cooking results—perfect for energy-conscious homes.
Versatility is further enhanced with Multizone cooking and a dedicated Grill Function. Multizone allows two zones to merge into one large surface for oversized pans or griddles, ensuring even heat distribution. Paired with the GRILLPLATE or TPKPLATE, the Grill Function brings restaurant-style searing and authentic grilling indoors, making it easy to prepare perfectly cooked meats, fish, and vegetables on a non-stick surface. Combining elegant aesthetics with cutting-edge performance, the Dolce Stil Novo cooktop is designed for those who value precision, efficiency, and style in equal measure.

Eco-logic Advance
Thanks to the Eco-logic Advance function, it is possible to limit the absorption of the hob from 11.1 kW down to 1.4 kW, respecting the maximum consumption allowed in the home.

AutoVent 2.0
The innovative Auto-Vent 2.0 function allows the cooktop to be automatically connected via Bluetooth to the rangehood equipped with the same function. The cooker rangehood will automatically activate at the right power according to the power setting on the cooktop.

Grill Function
The cooking experience is also enhanced by the Grill function, which, through the use of GRILLPLATE, the knurled grill, and TPKPLATE, the smooth grill, allows you to grill meat, fish and vegetables to perfection on a perfectly non-stick surface.

MultiZone
MULTIZONE With the Multizone option, two adjacent cooking zones can be used as a single surface, so that even larger ingredients can be cooked perfectly evenly.
