I bought a pair for my sister for Christmas 2018 she is in love with them. I tried them out thinking that it was going to sound "OK" but let me tell you, I was wrong. The sound quality and bass is amazing. They sit in your ear very comfortably, I don't even feel them. Some other make my ear hurt but not these. I convinced myself to get myself a pair now. I would recommend these earphones and I already have to friend.

I bought a couple of these by Dec. Unfortunately I got disappointed because the cables are too long and heavy for the earplug design and keep falling out of my ear

The product started behaving weirdly just fall short of 1 yr and now there is no one to help me and my money is a waste. This is unacceptable for a high voiced brand. There should have been better compensation for bad product performance. I generally used it while running and exercise and zoom meetings. In all 3 it failed. The mic doesn't sync well with zoom meetings and earphone pops out and while exercise. And finally, it is not working after 1yr 10 days. Kudos to the exact warranty period.
