When updating our kitchen we were "encouraged" by an over enthusiastic retailer to purchase this model oven. In retrospect we really didn't need to have the microwave within the main oven, this causes logistic issues when preparing meals when you need the oven and the microwave at the same time...people need to be aware of this before they commit to purchase. Otherwise the oven is easy and efficient to use.
