The sales staff are always friendly and helpful. I have had to wait many hours to get basic information when dealing with the likes of ******** etc but with your staff it is instant. Never a dumb question goes unanswered to which I am very grateful. I am amazed at how easy and quick I can order an item and receive it. Delivery is always a concern as I have had items from ******* delivered on the back of ute which was driven by one of their sales staff after they had finished work. I had paid $60.00 for this disgusting treatment. Your deliver staff are always on time and so polite and professional. It is a credit to you and them that they can keep this level of perfection time and time again. We have spent many thousands at ******* over the years but will do so no more.
