Dealt with Andrew and he was great. Ordered one day delivered the next and the 2 men took my old machine which was great as hubby has a crook back. Machine electrolux is excellent. Why aren't there more companies in the 21st century that deliver customer service and follow through like this one? I was totally impressed and thrilled with Appliances Online - not only from the savings I made by purchasing my washing machine through them, but also with the whole process from start to end. The website is very user-friendly, the phone service team were a pleasure to deal with - even giving me a direct line to contact the operator if I changed my mind on the model I ordered, and the delivery boys were professional, efficient, and had great communication with us regarding the time of delivery on the morning. I ordered a new washing machine last week, and asked for delivery today. 7.30am received phone to let me know the delivery would be in 30 minutes. 8.00am Here on time! 10.00am - doing my second load of washing. Brilliant service! The delivery men were polite and efficient. They connected my new machine and took the old (22 years old!) machine away for me. You can't ask for better service than that.
