I would just like to thank and congratulate you all on such a great company/site and such excellent customer service. My boss required a Fisher & Paykal Rangehood to replace and existing unit in a property he has rented out. I contacted our normal "big name department store" and was told a price that was approx $55 more expensive that what your price was. I was then told by this supplier that due to no stock at Fisher & Paykel it would be 5-6 weeks for delivery. I then rang Fisher & Paykel directly who advised stock should be in by the end of next week. In the mean time, whilst on hold to various departments, I came across your website. Personally I prefer to shop online, however my boss tends to be a bit cautious. I rang your customer service team and spoke with a very friendly and helpful staff member by the name of Andrew. HI, I just wanted to thank you for the best service and experience I have ever had purchasing an appliance. I bought an LG Fridge on Friday Morning and it was delivered and installed to my new home at 8am the following Monday. The delivery men were very courteous and happy and did quite a difficult install with a smile. Hi, I just had to let you know how thrilled I am with my new washing machine, I ordered it yesterday at 11.38 and received it at a bit after 9.00am today, I was contacted before to let me know the time of delivery, I had already cleared the area and removed the old washing machine and taken it to the front gate and when the new one arrived it was simple to install and adjust for use. The men who delivered and installed it were very pleasant, polite and careful, I have now completed reading the instruction manual and my first load of washing is going around happily. I would recommend your company to all my friends as this type of service is not generally available via retail stores. The added bonus of not having to pay the $65 delivery fee is also very welcome and the price was very competitive.
