The optimal 6.4mm thick bonded sandwich base ensures optimal heat distribution. Compatible with all energy sources including induction. The rim design allows for drip-free pouring and the handles are secured with stainless steel rivets. The contemporary satin finish will suit all kitchen decor.     Amazing Set
    Great quality cookware that heats evenly and feels solid and well made. The stainless steel finish looks great and heavy. Delivery was super fast too, it arrived pretty much the next day. Very happy with this set

    Disappointed with Customer Service and Resolution
    I purchased this product on September 11, and upon delivery, I found that one of the lids had a very visible dent. I immediately raised a request for an exchange, but received no update or feedback for nearly a month. When I followed up with a call on October 8, I was told that someone had allegedly called me on September 12 and that I had declined the exchange — something I never did. I have no missed calls or voicemails to support this claim. Rather than taking ownership of the issue, I was informed that they do not replace single damaged items, and the only resolution offered was a $15 refund for the dented lid. Frankly, this experience has been disappointing and frustrating. Poor communication, lack of follow-through, and an inadequate resolution for a damaged product don’t reflect well on the company. I expected better customer service and accountability.
