[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received my BESPOKE Jet Bot AI+ Robot Vacuum VR50T95735W/SA 3 days ago, on schedule, and immediately set it up in basic mode. I've been running it every day since on auto as I get familiar with it. Initial set up was easy (yet to map the room/s). The area I'm initially using it on is the lounge room and kitchen - both high traffic areas. Read other reviews and took note of not suitable on a wet surface (glad I saw that). Two dogs, one cat and one toddler (what can go wrong!). Vacuum bag not full, but checked out the contents and it's picking up the animal hair perfectly (as well as the normal dust, debris etc.). Still plenty of room in the vacuum bag. Really impressed with its performance, and not a bead of sweat to be found. It's just fantastic, and I'm looking forward to getting into the settings and really seeing what this baby can do. Full disclosure: I'm a Samsung junkie.

I find the products features awesome ie the ai, the map etc. However the cleaning power is average at best. On hard floors it handles quie well. But when it gets on carpet with pet hair fluff etc the suction even on Max is below par. The genie I had before this unit absolutely beats this on suction cleaning etc. The genie just needs the tech the Samsung has
