APPs, Smart Hub, a quality product!Good value, with plenty of features.Excellent. The Apps allow access to many audio & video files, programs for all tastes. I especially like the BBC news feature, Google maps and weather. Although content loads pretty fast, some files are slower to load. Not a major issue, though.Amazing Player!This is my first Blu-Ray Player and I absolutely love it! Combined with the Samsung LED SmartTV (6420) the picture quality far exceeds my expectations. The up conversion on non BR DVDs is phenomenal! I thought I might have to replace my favourite DVDs with the BR versions but with the up conversion on the 5500, I don't need to do that. I haven't used the 3D yet so can't comment on that. The remote is easy to use. And if I lose it, I can use the controls on the front of the player. I also love the slim sleek look. Recently I was visiting at a friend's who had bought a Sony system 6 months ago. The picture quality was no near that of the Samsung. I am so happy with this player and highly recommend it.Legendary service

The machine I wanted I found $10 cheaper compared to appliances online from a department store BUT they wanted to charge $60 for delivery plus not install it or take the old one away. So I decided to go with appliances on line because they do it all -Free delivery -Free installation -Free removal of old appliance I was very happy with the delivery, they came when they said they would and there was no more to pay. I love my new machine. ThanksFree delivery -Free installation -Free removal My replacement fridge has just been delivered and I am delighted with it and the washing machine I have already received.
