Bought this model as I always wanted to try bubble wash and steam cycles, and since previously only had 2 Beko washing machines which were absolutely fabulous I never though that Samsung could be sooo disappointing.... From day one the issues were there. 1. Awful drum smell (even 6 months later no change in that) 2. Machine doesn't take enough water(all properly installed) so no 3. Bubble wash, what bubble wash??? Never seen a single bubble in a drum no matter how much detergent I put in... 4. However it rinses out great, that great that in fact it rinses all of the softener and clothes still stink of that bad drum manufacturing metal plasticky smell and are wrinkled and stiff... 5. Door leaks sometimes... 6. Programmes are very long and there are only 2 programmes that can hold a full capacity. 7. Only 2 programmes for steam and no these are not for a full load either... And they take forever... 8. Clothes are always extremely badly creased no matter what spin is selected. 9. Washing whites at 90⁰ doesn't make them white or clean, in fact they look greyish.. 10. Tried all of the programmes available and none washes great, clothes doesn't smell fresh and stains are still there.. Me and my mother purchased same model nearly at the same time,only she lives in the UK and she's experiencing the same issues, so I doubt that it's faulty.. The best thing I did was I put it up for sale and bought a new washer, which is great. Will never be buying Samsung ever again as they are not what they've used to be...

Mum's front loader started acting up real hard after 13 years of use. I had a look at it and told her no point fixing it, just get a new one, and showed her some options on this website (I've bought a coffee machine for myself on here before so I knew this was a good place to start looking). The washing machine got installed and the old one taken away, no problem. The washing machine itself has a huge capacity for a front loader. The hygienic steam cycles are amazing, especially for bedding. The Bubble Soak and other options are also great. She's very happy with it, and so am I!

Thought it was going to fit a king size doona being a 9.5 washer but didn’t so deeply disappointed
