Lovely TV
We absolutely love this product. The 4 star relates to the promotional offer varying by demographic. The TV size and window of purchase would be eligible for the 2yr promotion artwork offer. However, given the geographic location of our purchase, we were ineligible. While disappointing to us, it really just means we will never pay for the program now. Had we had it for 2 years, we would have very likely continued with the service. You get used to a level of performance and truthfully, rarely want to give that up. Now, alternatively, we have simply purchased 3rd party artwork to rotate through. Oh, and while indelible, have the relevant artwork fed to our TV, from said eligible location. In my humble opinion, it is little short sided, from a marketing perspective. Given that any subscriptions would be considered passive income (with no extra financial commitment).

Great Product
The design is sleek and clever—when mounted using the Slim Fit Wall Mount the TV sits almost flush and it genuinely gives the feel of "art on the wall" when in Art Mode.

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland

Could not beat the price at any retail store
Amazing!!! I order the fridge on Saturday, it was delivered on Tuesday at the time they said they would deliver. They moved my old fridge to the garage, they took away all the packaging. Unbelievable service and we could not beat the price at any retail store (even with staff discounts)!!! Definately wouldn't hesitate to use appliances online again. Hassle free!! The only problem was the lack of photos etc on the site - we did have to go into some retail stores to have a closer look before we made our decision.
