I felt compelled to write to tell you how much I enjoyed dealing with your company recently. My new washing machine arrived as promised and as described and I could not be happier. Your prices are unbelievable - I do not know how you do it! The machine I bought was on 'special' with a major national electrical retailer last week for almost $400 more you had the same machine for. Then add in another $120 for delivery and disposal of the old machine and I am over $500 better off!The three people I have told about your company in the last week have all bought from you. How's that for the best advertising there is - word of mouth? I can safely say that I cannot see the day where I will waste half a day buying a new appliance. I will go straight to your website! I ordered a new washing machine last week, and asked for delivery today. 7.30am received phone to let me know the delivery would be in 30 minutes. 8.00am Here on time! 10.00am - doing my second load of washing. Brilliant service! The delivery men were polite and efficient. They connected my new machine and took the old (22 years old!) machine away for me. You can't ask for better service than that.
