    EXCELLENT PRODUCT
    The product we purchased was excellent, but we had a change of mind and were delighted that the company would take the unit back without its original packaging. However, it took 3 weeks and a phone call to get the refund. Not great customer service, but I think (and hope!) this was an exception.
