Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas one. It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. If all staff are as thorough and professional as Georgia, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I was amazed at how quickly it arrived and teh guys who delivered it were just fantastic. They phoned me when they were 20 minutes away, moved in the new fridge with no complaints (my house can be hard to access with furniture), they unpacked the new fridge, set it up, and took the old one awaywith no issues whatsoever. It is so rare these days that people deliver on tehir promises and make buying whitegoods a pleasurable and easy experience.
