    We bought a Rheem 400 litre in 2002 it was 19 years old when it died. I couldn't be happier with the new Rheem 400 litre now. All the pipes on the new one fitted perfectly with the old. It was a clean swap over, such an easy job for the tradesman. I always go to Appliances online, they always price match and I get a great deal.

    Hi, I am thinking of replacing a gas hot water heater with an electric one. Does your installation service include this cost. If not, what is the ball park cost of the electrics? Bruce · 2022-01-31
    Good Afternoon, Thank you for this product question, sorry to say we do not have an installation service this system at the moment best to use a local installation service as you need someone who is able to disconnect the gas connection and then run a separate line from your switchboard to the hot water location.     Hi, I am replacing my DUX 400 litre which is connected to solar heating panels,is this unit able to be installed easily to accept all these fittings? Ross63 · 2019-10-15
    Good Afternoon, Thank you for this question, this is not suitable for your application with the solar panels if you are mix and matching brands you may find out that the new tank may work for you however if a problem arises later the new system would not be covered under the suppliers warranty as the solar panels are not the same make.
