I loved the whole appliances online experience
I was extremely impressed, ordered fridge online in comfort of my own home 7.30 at night and delivered 2 days later within time frame promised, with a pleasant phone call at 715am morning of delivery promising delivery between 9 and 11am. Arrival was 9.20am. how impressive.. I loved the whole appliances online experience. Delivery guys were friendly and very efficient. answered all my questions and even took the packaging away along with my old appliance. wouldn't shop any other way, as prices are fantastic too. Customer service is second to none
I had a phone call at 9am this morning from Les one of your delivery drivers, to say he would be delivering my Electrolux fridge/freezer between 2-4pm, and he arrives just after 1.30pm. I didnt think we'd get the fridge thru the door but he assured me it would and removed the packaging before entering my house. He plugged it in with instructions and then removed my fridge (absolutely unheard of from a retail store) What a fabulous fridge, it is whisper quiet, (my neighbour recently bought a Whirlpool and complained how noisy it was) lots of room and makes a difference from my old 30yr plus year old, that had given up the ghost.
