Nothing was too difficult for them
As a first time purchaser were very impressed with the efficiency, product selection, competive prices and hassle free experience. We were too busy to replace the dishwasher in our rental property when the old one failed. Our property manager suggested Appliances Online and after ordering on line one Monday afternoon, by 10am the next the purchase, delivery, installation and disposal of the old dishwasher was all done. I had personal contact via phone as well and they were more than happy to help with my enquiries and nothing was too difficult for them. Why would you go anywhere else
The service we received from the time we ordered was outstanding, we placed our order at about 4.30pm and we received the washing machine the very next morning at about 8.30am, they took the old machine away, they then connected the new machine up, they then showed us how to use the machine, they then took all the packing away. No wonder why the retailers are doing it tough, because they can't provide excellent service like this, why would you go anywhere else, we brought a dryer from you about two months before and we received the same level of service and that is why we then brought the washing machine. Everything was perfect
We had a look at G*** G*** for our new Fridge/Freezer on Friday - chose a Westinghouse. Got home and jumped on the net looking for reviews on it and found you! You were cheaper, offered delivery, set up and taking away our old one - things that added to the cost with G*** G*** ($60 local delivery and $10 to take away our old one). I was a bit nervous ordering a large purchase on the net, but I put it through Friday afternoon on your website. We received a call Monday morning and it was delivered before 11am. We kept waiting for something to go wrong, but everything was perfect including the delivery guy who was very professional.
