Power button not responsive and remote doesn't work well

[Employee of philipsglobal] It is easy to move around and light. The colour scheme is nice too and suits my house really well. I love Philips products because it is innovative and I like that it has 2in1 features that helps to purify the air and also provides clean fresh air (fan + purifier). It has 10 speeds and various modes (auto, turbo, night). You can change to night mode if you want a quieter environment. You can also control either using the remote (it has a magnetic stick to the product), the product itself or through Philips Air APP. It is much easier to navigate using the APP. Living in city area, we are prone to high air pollution especially during the haze period, this is definitely a need. My family has very sensitive skin and nose. After contracting COVID, we have even more sensitive nose and poor immune system. I am hopeful that this air purifier can help us with our symptoms. So far, we are very impressed with this product.
