I bought this bottle prior to a trip to Europe. I was looking for a filter bottle that was not too large, and where most of its weight would be the water in it.This bottle fit those requirements, and was easy to carry or clip to my backpack. I continued to use it once I got home. However, the filter basket has been hard to open to change the filter. And now, whatever adhesive held the filter basket to the lid has failed, so the basket won't stick to the lid, rendering the bottle useless. I'm not going to try to glue it back, and risk ingesting chemicals from the glue.

When I first use the bottle, there was a small leak and I thought maybe I didn't close it tightly or I overfilled the bottle. Subsequently, regardless of how I tried to close and not to overfill the bottle, there was still small leak. After using for 1 week, the leakage became worse! My tee-shirt was all wet so badly that as if I poured a cup of water onto myself. I regretted buying this bottle. Worst! I bought 2 bottles as I thought I can trust this product when it claimed to win Design Award 2021.

This is a life saver for me during last year crazy Texas winter storm week! We have boil water notice and I don’t have any bottled water. I’ve been using this water bottle for my water supply. It’s easy to use and ensure my family have enough purified water to drink! Water tastes no different from bottled water.
