    Not as good as I expected
    If I had realised that you have to constantly hold the steaming button on while steaming, which is hard for my arthritic hands, I wouldn’t have bought this garment steamer. I find it doesn’t do a good enough job on garments while they’re hanging up either and it’s quite heavy to keep holding up. As I result I have gone back to using my iron and board as it’s easier and does a better job.

    No more ironing board and iron !
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with the Phillips handheld steamer was a really pleasant one, I found the steamer to be powerful the steam power is excellent and makes short work of steaming garments. I did find the steamer to be a little heavier than I would have liked for a handheld steamer but that could just be personal preference. You can tell it’s made out of really good quality materials and will last a lifetime if looked after correctly. It comes with 2 detachable reservoir attachments which hold either 120ml or 200ml which I think is fabulous if you know you have more garments to steam or if you’re just using it for a quick t shirt or 2. It also comes with a 2 in 1 glove which I did not use personally, and also a style mat, I love the colours the royal blue and the subtle soft blush pink I thought was such a lovely addition and really made the steamer feel luxurious and very modern. Since having the handheld steamer I haven’t used my iron so that is a big win for me ! It heats up very quickly and is a real time saver. I like the compactness and that you could easily take it with you on travels.
