Don’t buy this
This machine gets stuck, some cycles can go for 3 hours and the machine just blew up on me. Shop around.

No business comes close to this sort of service
I just wanted to give you some positive feedback on your business. My husband ordered a washer/dryer combined online on the weekend and within 2 days we were given a reasonable time frame within which the delivery drivers would arrive (which they met) and within 10 minutes they had removed my old dryer and washing machine and installed my new one (as well as put it on a drum wash cycle for me). I was really impressed - thank you very much. No business comes close to this sort of service (and price competitiveness) in my experience. Samantha, HACKETT, ACT

I just wanted to leave a comment as to the fantastic customer service i received from one of your employees - Andrew paskalis. He went out of his way to find the washer-dryer to suit my needs, advised me on the size measurements, and negotiated my difficult delivery instructions! I am not the easiest customer, but he did all of this without a complaint - and was extremely friendly and agreeable the entire time.
