Used less than 1 year and water heating not working. Even changed the heating unit ,PSB, heating sensor etc.

ODW704WB Dishwasher. I have had this dishwasher for many many years. It has never let me down! It is free-standing but fitted neatly under my kitchen bench. It has a good variety of washing cycles though I tend to use the 60min one most of the time. One minor downfall is... my dinner plates will only fit in the lower basket if the upper basket is in the higher position. If the cutlery tray is fitted, my everyday glasses will only fit in the upper basket if it is set to the lower position. Therefore, when the cutlery tray is fitted at the top, I cannot wash both items at the same time. Solution/s... Because it's only me at home, it's easier to remove the cutlery tray altogether and use the small cutlery basket set in the lower basket. Or wash the dinner plates by hand and the glasses in the dishwasher as it makes them shiny and cleaner than I can get them by hand. When I have visitors, and bigger loads to wash, I replace the cutlery tray and can wash the dinner plates and glasses in separate loads, by moving the upper basket position as applicable. I hope all this makes sense. Otherwise, I really love this dishwasher. It was an excellent price. Installation was easy. It makes little noise. It is energy and water efficient and gives me clean items 99% of the time. I do have to ensure everything is well scraped first. And stuck on or baked on food is well soaked and loosened first. It has been extremely reliable and a huge bonus to my kitchen and to my day. Thanks Omega!!
