I bought this dryer as Omega was the only brand low enough to fit the space I had available in my laundry. When brand new this dryer made an awful scraping sound each revolution of the drum. With use the scraping noise became less and less pronounced until eventually it worked as intended/expected (no scraping anymore). The filter is in the back of the drum, and is a pain to reach and clean. But now that it is working it seems to do the job adequately.

We really needed a small, good quality dryer, which are extremely hard to find at an affordable price, to fit into a small space in our laundry. We’ve had the Omega for about 2 months now and it works really well. No complaints!

Well the clothes dryer lasted 9 days before giving up the ghost. Upon calling appliances online to get a replacement I was told they don't replace the faulty item, it has to be repaired even if it has only been used about 5 times. As it was ordered online & there is no outlet locally I thought they had me by the balls so had to accept it. Then when calling their suggested repair company I was told the wait would be over 4 weeks but they then found a time slot in 3 weeks. That 3 weeks hasn't passed yet & the dryer is still sitting idle in the middle of winter so I can't give it a review. I don't call that legendary service.
