I called up your helpline, which promptly connected me to LG helpline, which in turn promptly arranged a home-based inspection thru a Melbourne based business (WAM electricals), who satisfactorily rectified the problem within reasonable time-frame. What a great experience. I work 7 minutes from home, your guys called me in the morning, then 20 minutes before arrival so I could shoot home, empty the old fridge. There were problems fitting the fridge through the doors so your sub contractors made a plan through the back of the house. Please commend them. As sub contractors, they did your brand good.
