Sizzle Zone Infrared Burner
The Sizzle Zone Infrared Burner is comprised of a ceramic brick full of tiny holes and grooves able to reach temperatures of approximately 1800 degrees Fahrenheit (982 degrees Celsius), in seconds. The short wave infrared energy generated by the Sizzle Zone heats the cooking grid, locking in the flavour of your meats.

Accu-Probe Temperature Gauge
Mounted in the hood of the BBQ, the Accu-Probe Temperature Gauge accurately monitors the internal heat of your grill, for optimal temperature control and food results.

Warming Rack
As the name suggests, the warming rack is designed to keep food warm. If you have meat or veggies that still need a little more time on the grill, the warming rack on this model will keep your cooked food warm in the meantime.
