I phoned to ask some questions about delivery and was pleased to get through to a person quickly and without having to make endless choices on the phone keys. All the customer service people that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The delivery service was excellent. They managed to inform me of the time they would arrive and managed to keep close to that time. The delivery person did the job efficiently and was not fazed by sorting out a problem with the tap. He tested the machine to ensure it was able to fill and empty and went through the basic use of the machine with me. All the paperwork was done efficiently. So thank you for a good experience and I would buy other products from you.Friendly and helpful Sorry I am a bit late, but I wanted to tell you how impressed I am with the service and courtesy I received from your company when purchasing my new front loader. The guys were running late but kept me informed all the way. The product was a described and performs like a beauty. Thank you again... I will surely be back.
