Received great service fom your organisation. Initial phone in and order placement was simple and efficient. Price though not the best covered all items in one package, ie purchase, delivery, removal of packing and old stove. The delivery was "better" if that is possible, they were 1st rate, punctual, phoned ahead, quick, friendly and good humoured, nothing was a problem. Hi, I just had to let you know how thrilled I am with my new washing machine, I ordered it yesterday at 11.38 and received it at a bit after 9.00am today, I was contacted before to let me know the time of delivery, I had already cleared the area and removed the old washing machine and taken it to the front gate and when the new one arrived it was simple to install and adjust for use. The men who delivered and installed it were very pleasant, polite and careful, I have now completed reading the instruction manual and my first load of washing is going around happily. I would recommend your company to all my friends as this type of service is not generally available via retail stores. The added bonus of not having to pay the $65 delivery fee is also very welcome and the price was very competitive. The time I have saved with travelling to retail outlets on buses and trains (I do not drive) is tiring and stressful and in future I will not even bother my next electrical purchase will def Patricia, Elizabeth South, SA
