Amazed...
Amazed... Here is my comparison: RETAIL STORE: My visit to a well known retail shop. Rude staff (apparently I interrupted their chat), didn't know the product (seriously reading the brochure to me) and then out of stock and had "no idea" when they would get it. APPLIANCES ONLINE: Easy to use website, Great phone advice regarding which model to choose, Ordered online and managed to pick the wrong delivery date, Emailed and fixed immediately, Delivery people called as promised and set a time... then arrived on time (never happens in Canberra), Really polite, sorted everything amazingly fast. Ok, so I must admit I was waiting (actually expecting) something to go wrong. How do you get this level of service and substantially cheaper..? Must admit I am almost hoping for something to breakdown so I can see the repair service... Do you helicopter people in..? ;-) PS If you can give the delivery guys a pat on the back, they really did a great job getting appliances in and out of a tiny laundry. Matthew, Chifley, ACT

The fridge has been installed and the delivery guys were fantastic. They had to take the fridge doors off (including disconnecting internal electrical wiring and water tubes) to fit it through internal doors but nothing was too much trouble for them, and they took the time to teach me how to do it in case we want to move one day. Much cheaper than anywhere else I looked
We ordered a bar fridge for the office on appliances online and found the whole process very easy. Ordering was easy to do over the internet and the fridge was much cheaper than anywhere else I looked, we got free delivery and set up. The delivery was on time and the delivery man was very friendly and helped set the fridge up and took away all the rubbish with him.
