Our new LG front loader arrived was installed and promptly decided to overfill and drop its load and flood our laundry and adjoing room. Phoned through our issue (incidently we are still waiting for LG to get back to us)and Colin fixed the problem and arranged a replacement to unit to be delivered - full marks to everyone including the drivers - prompt efficient and very courteous - keep up the good service - I will certainly sing your praises and you have my future business!!!!Full marks to everyone including the drivers I had a phone call at 9am this morning from Les one of your delivery drivers, to say he would be delivering my Electrolux fridge/freezer between 2-4pm, and he arrives just after 1.30pm. I didnt think we'd get the fridge thru the door but he assured me it would and removed the packaging before entering my house. He plugged it in with instructions and then removed my fridge (absolutely unheard of from a retail store) What a fabulous fridge, it is whisper quiet, (my neighbour recently bought a Whirlpool and complained how noisy it was) lots of room and makes a difference from my old 30yr plus year old, that had given up the ghost.
