Went above and beyond
I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher there to meet the plumber! I would never go elsewhere again, and the next time I need white goods, I will click, pay and smile again on your site. I've heard big brown box is just as good!! 10/10, 5 stars, Top of the Class!!! The easiest deal & change over he had ever done
Washing machine--Yes it arrived exactly on time—& it works well after a couple of days for us to work out how. –the way it works is the same as the one I had before except for a few minor differences. It will do a few extra things that I have not had the need for yet. My Husband said –“It was the easiest deal & change over he had ever done” It was all over within 5-minutes. I was telephoned an hour before delivery, and the delivery was made down a narrow path and entrance perfectly without a mark on the appliance and installed perfectly and old appliance etc removed.
