Thank you for your promptness & fantastic customer service. Product ordered Saturday night 9.30pm, chose delivery for the following Tuesday. Tuesday 7.38am phone call to advise estimated delivery time of 8.15-9.15am. Product & delivery person arrives promptly at 8.15am. Unloads etc realizes dent in washing machine apologize profusely...at this point we are in awe still of the service so no qualms with us...Promise a new washer by 3pm the same day. 2.38pm same day call to advise 15 minutes away.....I am still reeling at the level of dedication and service your people and company have to offer......thank you for restoring our faith, I have not stopped raving about Appliances Online...... I just wanted to write and let you know how impressed I am with your service.Within 25 hours of placing my order, my new Bosch dishwasher had been delivered, installed and the old one removed, taken away and there I was...standing in my kitchen admiring the gleam of the new dishwasher filled with anticipation and excitement at loading it up for the first wash!THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU - I couldn't be happier. The dishwasher is fantastic. And the fact that the process of purchasing one was made so effortlessly made the experience all the more satisfying. I really want to make special mention of the helpfulness of Will - the gentleman whom I spoke to when I rang to enquire about dishwashers - he was courteous and honest in both conversations we had -he assisted in my choice - instilled confidence in going with Appliance Online and was never ever pushy. He arranged the whole thing and I'd like to thank him. I also want to thank the delivery man, Jeremy - he was pleasant and very efficient. Upon installing my dishwasher he noticed I had a bracket missing from a shelf under my kitchen sink and he secured it for me! How kind. And he even cleaned up under the old dishwasher when he removed it - how nice. He did a great job.Well there you go - 10/10 for service!
