Received my new Fisher & Paykel fridge today. Delivery was prompt after I was contacted & the delivery man helped me install my fridge ( had to take kitchen door off to get fridge into kitchen & delivery man reassembled everything ). Couldn't be happier. Ali , Healesville

I have never in all my years been treated so well by someone on line. I bought a Microwave Wednesday it was delivered Friday. Like all things in life this did not work out as the Microwave did not work. I rang Monday morning had a new one Wednesday and all was well. I wanted to personally write and thank you for your great service at a time when I was very frustrated. I bought a washing machine from you in December 2006, a Samsung JV1455. In May it stopped working and since then I have had 4+ service calls over 4 months with the machine going to and from the workshop for repairs numerous times. Even after speaking to Samsung I could not resolve this. Thank you for understanding and delivering me a new machine shortly after our discussions.
