I would just like to pass on how impressed I was with your service! The whole process was professional and prompt. I hadnt heard of Appliances Online before so I was a little unsure about purchasing through the website as I have been stung for large items before online. After speaking to a very helpful and friendly customer service person over the phone, I felt very safe about my purchase. Great price
I recently bought a washing machine for my mother from your site. I placed an order on Friday 28/5/10 and the machine was delivered to my mother's home on Monday morning 31/5/10 as promised so that she could continue preparing for a much anticipated overseas trip later that week. Not only could I not believe the great price, but I was also impressed by the curteous and professional manner of your telephone staff and delivery personnel. The new machine was installed and the old one taken away at no extra cost to boot! I don't think I'll be shopping for whitegoods any other way from now on. Thanks Appliances Online. Rare thing to experience these days
We purchased our washing machine through 'Appliances Online' over the phone. Although there was a mix up at first about the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very pleased. Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us, being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' .
