This is a fantastic washing machine which has great features. It cleans everything so well and the twin dos system is a game changer. The delivery and installation was also a great service - thank you.

This machine is my second meile washing machine, the last one lasted 15 years before we decided to upgrade. I really like the auto dose feature, it makes it so much easier as I know I won’t accidentally put too much in. I also like that I can load the machine and then turn it on from my phone later. We have solar and it’s great to be able to take advantage of this and have the washing machine running when the sun is shining. It washes clothes very clean and I very rarely have any stains- they tend to come out first wash. My only negative is I wish there were shorter cycles.

Setting it up was a little challenging as it was a replacement for a 17 year old Miele, so very advanced on our old machine. We love the Twin Dos because all you do is put the clothes in, select the wash cycle you want and the machine does the rest. Anyone can do the washing! Does a great job and we are glad we went for a Miele once again. We still have to try a few things but so far so good. Very happy.
