Side Wood Chip Loading System

Removable Ash Tray
As the flame heats the wood chip loading system, the wood chips will begin to burn and turn to ash. Simply remove the tube, empty the ash, and add more wood chips. This ensures you imbue the most flavour possible.
Removable Drip Tray
Catching oils and fats while you cook, the drip tray is conveniently removable for simple cleaning. It is recommended that you clean this often, to maintain a hygienic cooking environment.
