I ve had this machine for 17 years! It has survived 3 house moves in that time and is still going great. I've only had to replace the front dial panel because the print wore off the original one, but apart from that, as long as I have looked after the machine it has served well. I use the steam wash functions for my quilts and for my parents and friends quilts too. The capacity is perfect. I don't use the dryer function much at all, but it all still works beautifully when I need it. Sadly I see it's been discontinued, but I suggest if you are looking for a good second hand machine, seek out one of these if you have the space. These were expensive when they were first on the market, and they are a very heavy and large machine but worth it for many years of service
