Heroic Replacement
I was horrified when the door to my Fisher Pakel sheared off in my hand a week before Christmas … we had grandchildren staying and more due to arrive that coming weekend. I simply had to have a functioning washing machine!!! Appliances Online were the heroes of the day: when I placed the order online I was offered delivery and uplift within 24hours. Excellent Customer Service🤗 The LG ThinQ is a great washing machine: offering a 14min Quick wash - ideal for bathers and pool towels and essential in a busy household. The machine looks very on trend : I particularly like the minimalist panel that actually hides the multiple options on offer - and the cleaning results are excellent. Very happy with this purchase.

Just a quick note to say thank you for having the best sales and delivery staff. We have made several purchases and each time we have never been disappointed. The sales staff are always friendly and helpful. I have had to wait many hours to get basic information when dealing with the likes of ******** etc but with your staff it is instant. Never a dumb question goes unanswered to which I am very grateful. I am amazed at how easy and quick I can order an item and receive it. Delivery is always a concern as I have had items from ******* delivered on the back of ute which was driven by one of their sales staff after they had finished work. I had paid $60.00 for this disgusting treatment. Your deliver staff are always on time and so polite and professional. It is a credit to you and them that they can keep this level of perfection time and time again. We have spent many thousands at ******* over the years but will do so no more. Very impressed with the delivery and installation staff
I was very impressed with the service and delivery from appliances on line when I ordered a small item first. Due to this, I again ordered from Appliances on-line and bought the washing machine. Unfortunately the machine was found to be faulty upon installation on the Friday. The unit was removed and replaced with a good working one on the Monday. It was disappointing but I must add that the gentleman delivering and handling the installation on the Friday was superb in his customer service and arranging a new delivery. The delivery on Monday took place timeously and the unit was installed successfully. Again another delivery and installation person and I was again impressed with his customer service, installation and detailed instruction on the use of the machine.
