DON’T BUY
DON’T buy this washing machine, it’s a costly machine with very little performance. It does not clean clothes at all. In fact it leaves scum marks and stains clothes. My mum’s whirlpool 16 year old machine has better performance then this. The washing takes FOREVER, and yet your clothes come out dirty. Tub clean takes 2-3 hours, what a waste of water and electricity. We have tried every setting, tried changing washing powders/liquids, and nothing works. This is not a machine you want to invest in, it’s expensive and definitely not worth it. It’s also not environmentally sustainable, wastes so much water and electricity and yet no results.

It will leave scum on your clothes
I bought this large washing machine to reduce frequency of loads. Unfortunately it's been a big regret since buying it. If you wash anything black you will notice scum marks all over your shirts & pants. We have tried swapping from powder to liquid. We clean the catch filters every wash. We have also tried double and triple rinsing every load. (Very efficient and time wasting) But nothing stops the scum marks. So I wouldn't recommend this washer. Get one with an agitator. Yes it may wear out your clothes quicker, but at least they will be clean.

I would like to thank you for making the purchase of my new washing machine so easy. The delivery men phoned to let me know when they were arriving, and arrived on time. They took my old machine away and connected up my new one. I was impressed, and wish more companies offered such good service. I don't think I've ever received service like this!
I can't recommend Appliances Online enough! I ordered and paid for my purchase in less than five minutes, could choose a day for (free!) delivery and got a highly competitive price for my new washing machine. The company texted the night before to confirm the scheduled delivery and called by 08:30 to confirm the two-hour window within which they'd deliver..how nice not to have to stay in all morning! The delivery guys were super professional and courteous, took away the old machine and packaging for the new one (again at with charge), moved the new machine into place and connected it for me. I don't think I've ever received service like this.and if I have, then not for many years. A 2014 purchase with the latest technology but with good old-fashioned reliable service with a smile. Hi Jules, this washing machine easily fits queen sleeping bags and quilts =) Rather than an agitator - it uses spray jets to agitate the washing machine contents with water - so far gentler than a physical agitator.
