    Looks Great, Works Well… Until It Doesn’t
    Purchased this microwave in September 2023. It looks great – the sleek black design fits well in any modern kitchen. It heats food efficiently and the express button is a feature I use regularly. However, reliability is a major issue. After a few months, it stopped heating food – not ideal for a microwave. Support has been helpful, and repairs have been handled promptly, but this is now the third time I’ve had the same fault. LG doesn’t acknowledge a recurring fault, and I doubt their repair contractor will, given their commercial relationship. At this point, I’m expecting it to fail again once the warranty expires, leaving me paying for repairs or buying a replacement. In summary – good microwave when it works, but don’t expect long-term reliability. Likely a two-year product at best.

    Looks good : easy operation: light weight: heats evenly : so far ; because of heating being more even and efficient; I've been selecting the 800 watt option. I think it might be a more gentle heating: unless you're in a hurry.
