Such a easy and pleasant experience
I was surprised to find that dealing with Appliances Online was such a easy and pleasant experience. We are not the average family and when trying to purchase a larger dryer for the family home we could not pass up on the 6kg Haier Dryer that was under any price tag of a 3.5kg dryer in any appliance store we visited. Placing our order online was a breeze, the communication was open, and the free delivery was welcomed. The delivery was on time as arranged, and the delivery men were just so polite, friendly and ever so helpful, also not to mention neat and tidy in appearance. I found dealing with Appliances Online to be a great experience. The customer service staff were helpful and friendly, as was the delivery man. The thought of running around from store to store, dealing with a multitude of salesmen, organising delivery, trying to figure out how to get rid of my old machine was all causing me a great deal of stress.
