Hi, I would just like to write to say thank you for your promised fast delivery. When I read on the online receipt that I would get a phone call in the morning and then delivered within 2 hours from that time I laughed to myself thinking yea right I will believe it when I see it. Well to my surprise your delivery man rang me up at 710 this morning and delivered it by 830. I couldnt believe it this must be what good customer service looks like? been a while since I have seen it. The bloke also had a great attitude and a good phone manner when he called me especially for a delivery driver. If I had the $$ on me I would have tipped him for the great Customer Service, being punctual and having a good attitude you just dont find this anymore. Thanks Zach, Bellbird Park, QLD

The whole process was exceptional
I have recently purchased a fridge and a washing machine through Appliances Online. I have found the service to be exceptional. From the low price of the units and free delivery and removal, to the delivery guys who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They removed the old units, were careful not to damage my walls, took away all the rubbish, swept the floor, installed the new units (even placing my dryer back on top of the new washing machine), and even waited for 15mins while I waited for my house key to turn up (long story that you don’t want to hear about). The whole process was exceptional. Unfortunately I can’t remember the names of the delivery guys, but I’m sure you will be able to look them up through my delivery address, to commend them personally. I will definitely use you again in the future and I go out of my way to recommend you to my friends. Cameron, Burnley, VIC
