Why would you go anywhere else
The service we received from the time we ordered was outstanding, we placed our order at about 4.30pm and we received the washing machine the very next morning at about 8.30am, they took the old machine away, they then connected the new machine up, they then showed us how to use the machine, they then took all the packing away. No wonder why the retailers are doing it tough, because they can't provide excellent service like this, why would you go anywhere else, we brought a dryer from you about two months before and we received the same level of service and that is why we then brought the washing machine. Very polite and professional
My new fridge was delivered today, and I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the service of the delivery men. I work at a hospital so I needed to be able to know very close to the delivery time, so I could get home and back to work as quick as possible. The delivery men, contacted me as promised (which doesn't normally happen) and were very polite and professional and spot on with their timing.
