Blast chilling
The Shock Freezer enables blast chilling which lets you rapidly cool down the core temperature of cooked hot food to 3°C. There are two options: Hard Blast Chilling for items such as meat, soup, and pasta dishes and Soft Blast Chilling mode for delicate items such as pastry and creams.

Fast freezing
The Fast Freezing cycle enables you to quickly freeze food down to a core temperature of -18°C in less than 270 minutes.

Core probe
The core probe measures the internal temperature of your food. Once the core temperature is reached for blast chilling or freezing modes, the Shock Freezer automatically goes into storage mode to maintain the optimal temperature.

Drinks cooling
Rapidly cool down beverages in cans or bottles using the Drinks Cooling mode. Depending on the amount of drinks, you can serve refreshing beverages in about 10 to 15 minutes.
