Good kettle, with minor problems
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery under the kettle get drained very quickly and the transition from battery to the base when putting it back on to the base is a bit rough, sometimes it stucks on battery display even when it's on the base already, and you have to lift it up and wait a few secs then put it back again. But overall this kettle boils water very quickly

A great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the kettle recently and happy with its design. It has a nice blue light internally and the desired temp can be adjusted as needed. Lots of good functionality built into this kettle

I have shopped online for many years and when I received an itme ordered through Appliances Online and the product was faulty, not Appliance Online's problem, but they were immediately apologetic and organised a replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort of customer service, the world would be a better place.
