I purchased a Kelvinator window airconditioner from Appliances Online. The machine arrived in perfect condition and the delivery was prompt. When you buy, the website lets you choose the delivery date. This feature is unique and really convenient for working buyers. Also, on the date of delivery, the driver rings to let you know the exact time period he is coming. I appreciate this feature very much, and next time I buy something online, if the product is sold by Appliances Online I will buy from them only. Very impressed with the delivery and installation staff
I was very impressed with the service and delivery from appliances on line when I ordered a small item first. Due to this, I again ordered from Appliances on-line and bought the washing machine. Unfortunately the machine was found to be faulty upon installation on the Friday. The unit was removed and replaced with a good working one on the Monday. It was disappointing but I must add that the gentleman delivering and handling the installation on the Friday was superb in his customer service and arranging a new delivery. The delivery on Monday took place timeously and the unit was installed successfully. Again another delivery and installation person and I was again impressed with his customer service, installation and detailed instruction on the use of the machine.
